License 24: Licensed VPN Officer
The integrity of a VPN is of utmost importance to its users. The Licensed VPN Officer is professionally and legally liable for the privacy and integrity of the operation of VPN servers for which they are responsible. The legal ownership of the server(s) themselves must be in the name of the holder of this license. In addition to demonstrating competence and qualifications for proper operation of a VPN service, this professional license requires that the licensee be bonded.
